PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film type evaporation/concentration apparatus for solidifying waste photographic processing liquid easily to recover it as a solid material without being accompanied with deterioration due to pyrolysis of its components, a method for evaporating/solidifying waste photographic processing liquid and a system for forming a photographic processing composition by using the recovered solid material to reuse it in photographic processing.;SOLUTION: This thin film type evaporation/concentration apparatus is used as an apparatus for evaporating/solidifying waste photographic processing liquid and is composed of a cylinder the inner wall surface of which is used as a heating surface, a rotary shaft arranged on the central axis of the cylinder and a rotary blade arranged to be rotated in the cylinder. The clearance between the heating surface and the rotary blade is set to 0.1-1.0 mm.
