WORK ALIGNING METHOD AND VIBRATION TYPE SHAKING-IN DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work aligning method and a vibration type shaking-in device preventing scratches from occurring at a processed part collecting part as is often the case with a conventional work aligning method and a vibration type shaking-in device.;SOLUTION: In this vibration type shaking-in device, at least a pallet formed in such a shape that can orderly arrange works in a specified attitude is installed on a vibration/swing generating table, the work collecting parts are disposed at both end parts of the pallet in the vibrating direction, and the works are orderly arranged on the pallet by the vibration and swing of a table. The work collecting parts in which the works not orderly arranged on the pallet flow are isolated from the vibration of the vibration/swing generating table by the vibration/swing of the pallet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
