PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leak or waste of works for the updating of a webpage on a server which involves many cooperative works, and to prevent the breakage of a file environment by an outsider's invasion or alteration.;SOLUTION: A log information output part 102 outputs a log information output file 112 based on the access state to a WWW server 10. A webpage management part 101 determines updating disabled when the final update date in copying a correction file to be overwritten and updated by a client 20 is differed from the final update date of a webpage content file 111 that is an updating object. An update information mail delivery part 104 transmits a warning to an update data transmitter. The webpage management part 101 refers to a corresponding table 103 for corresponding information including the mail address of a person involved and delivers, when the update data transmitter is not included therein, the event of an unauthorized access to the person involved.
