PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing loads while protecting security, and to discriminate the likelihood of advancing or graduation at the application of subjects.;SOLUTION: A credit application accepting server 10 is provided with an information acquiring part 101 for discriminating acquisition of necessary credit information 73, showing the conditions of promotion or graduation and acquired credit information 74 relating to subjects already completed by students from an in-school information management system 2 which manages in-school information, an application accepting part 103 for acquiring desired subject information 71 showing subjects whose completion is desired by students, a promotion likelihood discriminating part 105 for expecting the promotion or graduation of the student based on the necessary credit information 73; the acquired credit information 74 of the student and the desired credit information 71 of the student; a result notifying part 106 for notifying the result of discrimination to terminal equipment 4 of the student and an application processing requesting part 107 for transmitting the desired subject information 71 of the student to the in-school information management system 2, when the confirmation of the judgement is notified by the terminal equipment 4 of the student.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
