PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate access to a community from a mobile environment.;SOLUTION: Locations and topics generated by a topic index generating part 10 are stored in an index DB 17. The features of a posting user that are generated by a user feature generating part 11 are stored in a user DB 18. Place names are stored in a place name DB 19. A place name converting part 13 refers to the place name DB 19 according to the location information of a terminal device 3 to obtain a place name that matches the location information. A search request part 14 searches the index DB 17 and the user DB 18 for desired pieces of information according to the user's request coming from the terminal device 3 and the place name obtained.
