PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily input use target information by using a cellular phone and to store the acquired information in a database at any time and from anywhere, without requiring large investment.;SOLUTION: Two-dimensional bar codes indicating the use target information are preliminarily printed, and when the user photographs the two-dimensional bar codes by the cellular phone with an application execution function equipped with a two-dimensional bar code identification function, an e-mail in which the contents of the two-dimensional bar codes are described is automatically transmitted to a specified e-mail address.
