PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a solid tire showing more enhanced shock absorption than a conventional solid tire while keeping reliability of the tire by use of a conventional pneumatic tire of a bicycle.;SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the tire by injecting a heated resin solution RS into an inner space 2a of a tube 2 of a tire 1 of a bicycle J via a valve B₁, cooling and gelling it, the resin solution RS is a composition obtained by mixing a paraffin-based process oil with a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer (polystyrene-polyethylene-polypropylene copolymer) at a weight ratio of about 4 to 1, and heating them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
