SELF-LUMINOUS BANDEROLE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a means capable of sufficiently exhibiting the function superior in visibility by visual observation of a self-luminous banderole of a folding angle, by eliminating the problem in actual use of the self-luminous banderole.;SOLUTION: This self-luminous banderole is provided for visually confirming a wind state by light emission of a light emitter, by arranging a power supply light emitter 11 on an outside surface of a body 1 of the banderole 10 installed on a hoisting pole 2. An independent branch line 3 having a power supply wire is installed on the lowest point around an opening part of a banderole body via a slip ring 4, separately from a rope for installing the banderole body on the hoisting pole. Rotation of the body is reduced by arranging this independent branch line. Even if the body rotates, entanglement with the installation rope is prevented. Jumping-up of the body is prevented, and an electric current can be normally carried to the light emitter, and the function of the self-luminous banderole is maintained even in any state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
