PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement technology providing water retentivity and water permeability equal to earth pavement, and providing durability and abrasion resistance equal to asphalt pavement and concrete pavement by using only an inorganic material; and to provide an interior technology providing novel high strength, and superior gas permeability. PSOLUTION: A roof tile pavement body, a roof tile paving blocked object, or an architectural interior material such as a plastered wall and the ceiling or a floor, have a structure that a waste roof tile crushed piece, an inorganic coagulating hardening agent and inorganic salts, are mixed and kneaded together by water; after performing this mixture on a pavement object surface, molding this in a predetermined shape or applying this on an interior base material, the roof tile crushed piece is formed into aggregates 10 by curing and hardening; and the mutual aggregate 10 are joined by a dense and strong solidification reaction structure 20 by allowing the inorganic coagulating hardening agent and the inorganic salts to interact.
