PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte film humidity sensor having a humidity-sensitive film comprising a polymer electrolyte film having no problem of heat resistance or water resistance and causing no deterioration or peeling in the joint surface of a support substrate of the humidity-sensitive film even in a long-term use.;SOLUTION: In the polymer electrolyte film humidity sensor 10 having a plurality of the electrodes 12 and 13 formed on the support substrate and using the polymer electrolyte film as the humidity-sensitive film formed in contact with the electrodes, the polymer electrolyte film comprises a specific sulfonated polyimide film 18 and the support substrate comprises a specific polyimide resin substrate 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
