SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRAINING FOR COPING WITH PUBLIC RELATION IN EMERGENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for training for coping with public relations in an emergency in which an employee is efficiently trained about a procedure for coping with emergency.;SOLUTION: When a server 10 for training for coping with public relations in emergency receives the identifier of a trainee from a first terminal device 31, the server 10 retrieves an employee information data base 21 based on the received identifier to obtain the history of tests which the trainee took in the past, the questions of tests and the situation of correct answers to the questions and to fetch emergency information from an emergency information data base 22. Then, referring to the obtained history of the tests which he/she took in the past, the questions of the tests and the situation of the correct answers, the server 10 prepares questions corresponding to the level of the trainee about the fetched emergency information and answer sections and transmits the prepared questions and answer sections to the first terminal device 31 to display.
