PSOLUTION: The radio wave propagation simulation apparatus using the three-dimensional model generated by using a mobile body to carry out radio wave propagation simulation is provided with: a three-dimensional model generating section 20 that generates connection data of points in three-dimensional point group data representing each object acquired by using the mobile body with a plurality of points on the basis of a traveling direction of the mobile body to create a plurality of polygons and creates the three-dimensional model from a plurality of the created polygons; and a radio wave propagation simulation section 301 that calculates the electric field strength by geometrically calculating a propagation path of a radio wave reaching a reception point on the basis of the three-dimensional model created by the three-dimensional model generating section 20.
