PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SUS301 stainless steel as a high strength metastable austenitic stainless steel strip excellent in a bending workability by clarifying an index for satisfying the high strength and the bending workability.;SOLUTION: The SUS301 stainless steel strip excellent in the bending workability is characterized in that it has a 0.2% proof stress (=YS(MPa)) of ≥1,000 MPa and martensite quantity (=Ms(%)) of ≤50, and satisfies the relation between Ys and Ms of Ys≥30×Ms+50.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
