CORRECTION COST ESTIMATING SYSTEM AND CORRECTION COST ESTIMATING METHOD USED FOR SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction cost estimating system for using a function point method for cost calculation to correct and reuse software components which are strong in a task color, and for replacing it with an impersonal, objective, highly accurate, and quantitative estimation method.;SOLUTION: This design model correcting device reads a new development design model and a reuse design model and a reuse cost parameter in a step S1, and extracts one input/output data item from the new development design model, and checks whether or not the same input/output data item exists in the reuse design model in a step S2. When it does not exist, the design model correcting device defines the number of inputs/outputs of the new development function as 1 in a step S5, and when it exists, the design model correcting device checks the reuse level, and defines the product of the reuse level and the reuse cost parameter as the corrected number of inputs/outputs of the new development function in a step S4. The design model correcting device stores the total value of the calculated numbers of inputs/outputs in a corrected new developing design model in a step S8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
