REINFORCING METHOD OF OUTER WALL BACKING OF BUILDING AND OUTER WALL STRUCTURE OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structure particularly suitable for remodeling, by efficiently reinforcing an outer wall by extremely simple construction.;SOLUTION: (a) An existing outer wall backing structure 12 is constituted by forming a mortar backing 10 (wooden laths 7 and 7, asphalt felt 8 and a metal lath 9) by installing a column 3 and a stud 5 between a sill 1 and a beam 6. (b) An exposure part 14 is formed by exposing the sill 1 and a column base part of the column 3 by removing the column base side of the mortar backing 10 when the mortar backing 10 is safely left as a surface. (c) Mounting safety of the sill 1 and the column base part is confirmed, and if it is insufficient, it is reinforced by various reinforcing hardware. A backing structure 20 of an outer wall is constituted by being fixed to the column 3 and the sill 1 by covering the exposure part 14 with a reinforcing face material 15 after securing mounting strength of the column 3 and the sill 1. A horizontal sash bar, a vertical sash bar and an oblique sash bar can also be fixed to an outside surface of the mortar backing 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
