PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of determining a current system server with a simple structure and algorithm and improving the determination accuracy. PSOLUTION: The monitoring server 1 monitors the operation state of a redundant configuration server group performing a switching of active system server by use of an operation IP address constituted by active system and standby system server computers having respective inherent IP addresses. This server comprises an identification data issuing means 16a issuing identification data with a change; an identification data transmitting and storing means 16b transmitting identification data to a server of an operation IP address destination among the redundant configuration server group, and storing the transmitted identification data in its own storage device; an identification data receiving means 16c receiving a server natural IP address and identification data transmitted from an active system server or a standby system server; and an active system server determination means 16d determining, when the received identification data are matched to the latest identification stored in itself, the server computer of the IP address as an active system server.
