PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a range of wearing of a pair of slippers or a pair of sandals by making each wear opening of a vamp of the slipper or the sandal, easy to put on but prone to come off, simply, conveniently and easily adjusted to bring the opening into close contact with the wearer's foot to retain an enough fastening force and enabling a strap served as the vamp to be attached/detached as well.;SOLUTION: Several insertion holes, where each band piece fixed on the periphery of a slipper sole, a surface sole or an insole of a sandal sole is folded in the direction of the center of the long diameter of the slipper sole or the sandal sole, are provided on both opposite sides. Both ends of the straps are inserted respectively into the insertion holes on both opposite sides of the periphery of the slipper sole, the surface sole or the insole of the sandal sole and folded at both the opposite sides of each periphery of the slipper sole or the sandal sole.
