PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire software necessary for aftersales services of a computer product completed including parts which a user has designated.;SOLUTION: When a server system 10 obtains a serial number of a product to be maintained together with a request of onsite maintenance from a user, it acquires parts specific information corresponding to the serial number from an order DB 39a and transfers software or the like in accordance with the acquired parts specific information from a soft DB 39b to a flash memory 62 of a service base terminal 60.
