PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensify a signal in a fluorescent correlation spectroscopy, and to enable a highly sensitive analysis.;SOLUTION: This analytical method includes a process for labelling at least one of two interacting components with a fluorescent substance to prepare a solution containing the two components; a process for adding formaldehyde to the solution prepared in the process hereinbefore; and a process for detecting the fluorescent substance by the fluorescent correlation spectroscopy to analyze an interaction between the two components.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
