PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visual flow observation instrument and a visual flow observation device capable of determining surely the presence of a fluid flow.;SOLUTION: This visual flow observation instrument 1 is attached to a flow detector 2. The flow detector 2 is provided with a main body part 4 with a fluid passed therethrough, and a reciprocating means 5 reciprocation-moved in response to a flow rate of the fluid.
