PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential gravity type horizontal pedal in which both pedals on both sides of a bicycle are formed by combining a heavy pedal and a light pedal, the heavy pedal is arranged on the side to place one foot of a person before riding the bicycle, the light pedal is arranged on the opposite side, the heavy pedal is on the ground side by the effect of the gravity and stands still horizontally in a convenient manner for the person to ride the bicycle.;SOLUTION: A heavy weight 3 of an adequate size of, for example, 100g formed of metal or the like is coupled with the outside of a pedal bearing part 5 of a heavy pedal 1, the center of gravity is deviated from a center of the pedal bearing part 5 to keep the pedal in a constantly horizontal condition by the effect of the gravity.
