PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use apparatus to condense a hyperpolarization xenon gas from a gas mixture containing a buffer gas and the hyperpolarization xenon gas, which can control the reduction in polarizability of the hyperpolarization xenon gas. PSOLUTION: A permselective membrane (12) which makes the buffer gas permeate, but does not make the hyperpolarization xenon gas permeate is used, a membrane impermeable gas path (15) is provided on the membrane impermeable material side, and a membrane permeable gas path (16) is provided on the membrane permeable material side. A gas flow flowing in the membrane permeable gas path (16) via the permselective membrane (12) from the membrane impermeable gas path (15) is produced by a suction means (17). The gas mixture in which the hyperpolarization xenon gas is enriched can be obtained at an outlet of the membrane impermeable gas path (15), and at the same time, a membrane permeable gas which becomes substantial from the buffer gas can be obtained at an outlet of the membrane permeable gas path (16).
