PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noncrosslinked adhesive for medical use relatively high in the tolerance to moisture developed in perspiration, or the like, exhibiting sufficient adhesive force to the skin, and mitigating skin irritancy through being compounded with a large amount of a liquid plasticizer. PSOLUTION: The noncrosslinked adhesive for medical use comprises an adhesive polymer A 500,000-1,000,000 in weight-average molecular weight, an adhesive polymer B 1,000,000-1,500,000 in weight-average molecular weight and the liquid plasticizer, wherein the adhesive polymer A is a polymer obtained by copolymerizing N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone to a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester, while the adhesive polymer B is a polymer obtained by homopolymerizing a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester or by copolymerizing a comonomer except N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone to the (meth)acrylic alkyl ester.
