PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally curable polyurethane elastomer-forming composition which permits restorability (permanent compression set, permanent tensile strain) equal to conventionally known thermally cured polyurethane elastomer molded products, a higher mechanical strength at a higher temperature than conventionally known molded products and excellent abrasion resistance, and a manufacturing method of the thermally cured polyurethane elastomer molded product.;SOLUTION: The thermally curable polyurethane elastomer-forming composition comprises an isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer (A), a hydroxyl group-terminated curing agent (B) and a specific catalyst (C), where the mixing ratio (functional group ratio) of the specific isocyanate group-terminated urethane prepolymer (A) to the hydroxyl group-terminated curing agent (B) is such that the hydroxyl group/isocyanate group molar ratio is 0.3-0.7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
