The first physical quantity sensor 30, second physical quantity sensor 32, third physical quantity sensor 34, and fourth physical quantity sensor 36 detect a first physical quantity and a second physical quantity related to tire states, respectively. The first transmitter 40, second transmitter 42, third transmitter 44, and fourth transmitter 46 transmits the first physical quantity and second physical quantity to an ECU 64 side in a form where the output state of the second physical quantity is varied in response to the size of the first physical quantity.
