PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein it is hard to find under which parent item the target object comes, and a plurality of items cannot be specified simultaneously, so that the designation of range or the suffix designation called "intersperse" cannot be performed, with respect to a selected input item of region. PSOLUTION: In a digestive endoscopy reporting system for describing and referring to a report, by using terms of MST, an MST selective input screen, is activated which selectively enters the terms of MST at window independent of the report body.
