ASH FLOW RATE CONTROL DEVICE IN COAL ASH LOADING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device automatically controlling a pay out amount of loading realizing labor-saving and certainty of the control in a coal ash loading facility of a coal thermal power generation plant.;SOLUTION: The ash flow rate control device of a coal ash loading facility is provided with an under-silo air slider conveyor 3 below a discharge port of the silo 1 for storing the coal ash generated in a coal burning boiler facility and loads/ships the coal ash fed from the silo through a bucket elevator 4. The device is provided with a canvas for sliding and conveying the coal ash loaded while producing an air layer on a surface; and a flow rate adjustment gate 14 for adjusting an opening on the canvas on the under-silo air slider conveyor 3. In the device, a load current of a rotation driving machine 43 of the bucket elevator 4 receives a substitution parameter of the coal ash flow rate and a feed amount of coal ash is controlled by adjusting the opening of the flow rate adjustment gate 14 such that the load current value approaches to a predetermined set value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
