PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote uninstallation system capable of easily deleting an application installed to a client device from a server device, and reducing the necessary labor of a system manager or user.;SOLUTION: A command 103 for requesting the using frequency of an application is issued from a server computer 201 to a client PC 206. When the server computer 201 receives the report of "low" using frequency of the application by a response 104 from the client PC 206, a command 108 for requesting uninstallation of the application with the "low" using frequency is issued.
