PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system for smoothing the operation of additional margin loan in a new loan system covering an additional margin in share credit transaction.;SOLUTION: A computer 1 is connected to a transactor terminal 2 and a loan company terminal 3 via the Internet. The computer 1 determines whether margin requirements for a transactor fall or not below a preset rate in accordance with his credit transaction. When they fall therebelow, an additional margin is calculated and a loan ceiling is calculated by subtracting a revaluation loss and an existing loan amount from the margin requirements as a current account balance. When the additional margin loan is carried out in the loan ceiling, the loan amount and the margin requirements are renewed.
