PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect and analyze the information of life actual conditions in an overseas employment place from an overseas employee.;SOLUTION: A Web server 3 receives the answer data of questionnaires about the life real conditions of an overseas employee from an overseas employee terminal 1 through a communication network 2. The Web server 3 makes an overseas employee collection information database 4 store the received answer data as collection data. An information analyzing server 5 extracts collection data from the overseas employee collection information database 4, and classifies and totals the extracted collection data. Also, the information analyzing server 5 calculates the mean expenditure of the overseas employee by using a totaled value obtained by totaling the collection data. Then, the information analyzing server 5 makes an undertaker terminal 8 display the analysis result of the collection data through the Web server 3.
