PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform switching of windows after the execution of power management. PSOLUTION: This device is provided with a mode transfer determination module 200a which determines the transfer to a power save mode when prescribed conditions are fulfilled; a full screen window opening module 200b which instructs a multi-window OS to open a full screen window in order to reduce the energy consumption of a display when transfer to a power save mode is determined; a window information acquisition module 200c which acquires the information of an open window from the multi-window OS; a window array module 200d which instructs the multi-window OS to arrange the window in a way an active window is displayed on the front of the full screen window; and a full screen window closing module 200e which instructs the multi-window OS to close all the full screen window according to the instruction to end a power save mode.
