SUPPORT SYSTEM OF MACHINE FAILURE AND MAINTENANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system of a machine failure and maintenance where the occurrence of a failure is properly dealt with by only a user side and a component is effectively utilized even when the failure occurs in a machine on the user side at a remote place by previously acquiring maintenance process information of a failure similar to the failure.;SOLUTION: The support system comprises a user-side computer 40 for managing the user-side machine 11, a maker-side maintenance server 32 having failure repair information, and a network 51 for connecting the user-side computer and the maker-side maintenance server for communicating various kinds of information with each other. Thus, the system supports the repair of the machine failure by sending the failure repair information from a maker side to the user side. The system is provided with a sensor for detecting the operation state of the machine, a failure diagnosis part 42 for constantly monitoring whether the machine fails, a storage part 46 for storing a faulure history and a maintenance history, and a maintenance process reproduction part 47 for reproducing and presenting maintenance process information on the screen of a display device for the user-side computer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
