PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve the burden of teachers in doing paperwork by streamlining score processing of a test requiring description type answers.;SOLUTION: The score processing system 1 uses a computer 2, an image scanner 3 connected to the computer 2, and a graded test paper 4. On the test paper 4, at least student information identifying the student who takes the test and grading information specifying the grading result is expressed in marks. The computer 2 carries out score entry processing which includes a step for reading the test paper 4 through the image scanner 3 to acquire the image information, a step for acquiring the student information and the grading information as text information by image-processing the marks of the image information, and a step for storing at least the acquired student information and the grading information in a storage section.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
