PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce burden of a driver of a dangerous substance transfer vehicle and to prevent a needless accident.;SOLUTION: This dangerous substance transfer information offering system is furnished with a transfer information control server 100 to control various information necessary for the driver made of at least information to clarify the seat of a transfer destination, information concerning circumstances at the transfer destination and a model of the dangerous substance transfer vehicle suitable for the transfer destination, vehicle restriction items for each of the transfer destinations, instruments necessary and indispensable for unloading, time required for unloading and information concerning prohibited items and a user terminal 110 which the driver of the dangerous substance transfer vehicle to transfer the various dangerous substance to a specified site to transfer the dangerous substance operates.
