PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a delay of a playback starting operation when contents are played back by multi-channel playback by multi-access.;SOLUTION: In an optical disk 1, a plurality of content data such as a plurality of music data are recorded by a normal recording method, or each of content data is recorded on a partial area and each of index data compressed from each of content data including a part of the contents or all of the contents are recorded on a separate area. When the optical disk 1 is loaded to the disk player 10, a part of data or all of data of content data are read out from the optical disk 1 as each of the index data, or each of the index data recorded separately from each of the contents data is read out from the optical disk 1 to be written into a storage section 53.
