The air electrode 13 is composed of an air electrode reaction layer 13a arranged on one surface of the electrolyte layer 11, and an air diffusion layer 13b connected to the non-electrolyte layer side of the air electrode reaction layer 12a, diffusing the air to the air electrode reaction layer 13a. Numerous magnetism carrying catalysts 30 for electrodes having a magnetic carrier for electrode 31 made of magnetic body, and magnetic catalyst 33 carried on the outer face of the magnetic carrier for electrode 31, having catalytic function and magnetic function, are carried on the air electrode reaction layer 13a.
