PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic beauty appliance and an ultrasonic cosmetic method which increase cosmetic effects, and at the same time, can safely and easily be utilized as a domestic use.;SOLUTION: An ultrasonic vibration having a wide frequency band is made to act while changing the time length and the strength for the application in various ways. Thus, the effects of the ultrasonic wave can thoroughly be provided without a special operation from the surface of the skin to the deep part of textures. In addition, the action of a blue beam and a red beam, a feeble electric current, and a low-frequency vibration, can increase further cosmetic effects. Also, an optical display makes the advancing status of the sequence easier to understand.
