PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing program that supports document creation by means of sentence paraphrasing. PSOLUTION: An input/output processing means 11 acquires a sentence 2 to be operated from the original sentence data. A sentence analysis processing means 12 analyzes the internal structure and meaning of the sentence 2 using an indeclinable word dictionary 21 and a declinable word dictionary 22, and determines the propositional type or the inter-propositional type of the sentence 2 by referring to a proposition dictionary 23 and a propositional juncture dictionary 24. A paraphrase processing means 13 paraphrases the sentence 2 by referring to a paraphrase dictionary 25 and creates a group of paraphrases. A context matching processing means 14 performs the processing of matching the context of model sentence data in a template dictionary 26 with the context of case sentence data resulting from the paraphrasing of a predetermined range of document data including the sentence 2 with the group of paraphrases, and outputs a similar paraphrase as a paraphrase candidate.
