PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device, in particular, an implantable medical device, coverable for minimizing or substantially eliminating a specific biological organismic reaction against the introduction of the medical device into an organism. PSOLUTION: A lubricating coating film 500 is fixed to an outside surface part of a specific high molecular coating film, and can incorporate various drugs, medicinal agents or their blending materials into a specific high molecular base material. A stent zone part 102 has a base part coating film 502 containing a specific polymer and rapamycin and an upper coating film 504 containing a specific polymer or a diffusing layer 504. The lubricating coating film 500 is prepared by including hardening processing or a solvent removing process when necessary after atomization, brush painting, soaking or spin coat processing of an applying material by a specific solution or suspension containing or not containing various polymers used for forming an upper coating film, and can be fixed to the upper coating film 502 by an optional proper means unlimited to this process.
