PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a mobile telephone wireless device stand by itself without using any other structure when a photographer and his or her background are photographed by an integrated type mobile telephone wireless device having a photographing function.;SOLUTION: A battery cover 3 for covering and protecting a battery pack 2 incorporated in the mobile telephone wireless set main body 1 equipped with a camera is provided with a self-standing maintaining function in combination. The battery cover 3 can be halved into a main-body support part 10 and a floor support part 11 along the length, and floor support part 11 can be extended as shown by an arrow A under a guidance of a slide part of the main-body support part 10. The mobile telephone wireless device main body 1 can stand by itself by properly setting the extension length of the floor support part 11 in the arrow-A direction by rotating the whole battery cover 3 as shown by an arrow B through rotational engagement of a rotary guide 12 with a rotary shaft 7.
