PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noninvasive image measuring method for internal organs and tissue temperature using an MRI apparatus. PSOLUTION: The phase distribution of complex magnetic resonance signals of water proton at a certain temperature point is obtained by utilizing the position and size of a temperature variable region as apriori information, and subtracting estimated (self-referred) phase distribution in unvaried temperature from the phase distribution of the peripheral region for every pixel of the image. Or the distribution of complex signals in each temperature variable region in the real part image and imaginary part image of complex magnetic resonance signals is obtained by estimating a complex curved surface formed by the peripheral region, and computing phase difference between measured complex signal distribution and estimated complex signal distribution for every pixel.
