PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellently efficient and simple heating system for growing plants/seeds and seedlings needing inexpensive maintenance costs, and preventing unevenness in growth of the plants or seeds and seedlings. PSOLUTION: The heating system for growing plants/seeds and seedlings is provided with the following: optional number of tables for growing plants/seeds and seedling 2 having a table body 11 arranged in a greenhouse for growing plants/seeds and seedlings 1, a hot water circulation means comprising heat-retaining blocks 30 arranged over the entire surface of the table body 11, a heat conduction plate 22 and a circulation pipe 24, and granite porphyry 25 arranged on the hot water circulation means to be laminated; a boiler 3 supplying hot water to the hot water circulation means; a temperature sensor 4 detecting the temperature at a portion adjacent to the upper surface of the table for growing the plants/seeds and seedlings; and a temperature regulation panel 5 regulating the temperature of the hot water supplied to the hot water circulation means from the boiler 3 based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 4.
