PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain removal performance of particulates discharged from exhaust gas of a diesel engine by periodically cleaning a filter by an inexpensive device.;SOLUTION: Continuously exhausted exhaust gas is received by a plurality of rotation bodies for depositing it while rotating utilizing a property that the exhaust gas particulates of the diesel engine is easily deposited on other substances, the rotation body is washed with a liquid and the liquid is filtered by a filter. Thereby, fine water drop is discharged/heated and dried to be exhausted to an atmosphere by providing resistance for generating a turbulent flow in a discharge passage through which the exhaust gas mixed with the fine water drop is passed. Further, a lid in which the exhaust gas of another diesel engine loaded on a load-carrying platform can also flow is provided on an exhaust gas flow-in port. Harmful gas can be removed by mixing a neutralization solution harmless to a human-being of NOx (nitrogen oxide) with a washing liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
