PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an inspection manday with regard to the degree of welding by judging the degree of welding by a simple and sure method after two synthetic resin components are welded together and to surely eliminate a synthetic resin assembly of defective welding.;SOLUTION: Two projections 25 and 26 in which the positions of apex parts 25a and 26a are different from each other and lower than the welding surface 20a between the hill part 20 of a synthetic resin buffer tank and a film 22 are formed in the buffer tank capable of storing ink to be supplied to an ink jet head. After the film 22 is welded to the welding surface of the hill part 20, with regard to the projections 25 and 26, on the basis whether the apex parts 25a and 26a are welded to the film 22 or not, the degree of welding between the buffer tank and the film 22 is judged.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
