PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize the operation of event messages which enables a transmitter side of a digital broadcasting system to attain the consistency of synchronous control or the like with AV contents and to flexibly cope with the sudden change of program scheduling or the like and enables a receiver side to reduce control loads.;SOLUTION: A digital broadcasting receiver is disclosed for receiving voice content data of a broadcasting program from a digital broadcasting transmitter which multiplexes control data for controlling the operation on a reception side with the voice content data and transmits them, wherein the digital broadcasting receiver is provided with a demultiplexing means (116) for demultiplexing the control data from the received voice content data and a control means (117) for executing control corresponding to the control data demultiplexed by the demultiplexing means (116).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
