PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid filled type active vibration isolation device of a new structure provided with an actuator performing pressure control of a pressure chamber capable of efficiently transmitting output of the actuator to an exciting member and efficiently demonstrating active vibration isolation effect even against high frequency vibration.;SOLUTION: A second attachment member 14 supporting an actuator 84 is elastically connected to an isolatedly connected member 25 via a direct spring means 134. Accordingly, one secondary vibration system 136 is constructed by using mass of the second attachment member 14 including an actuator 84 as mass and using the direct spring means 134 and a main body rubber elastic body 16 as spring. Natural frequency of the secondary vibration system 136 is tuned according to frequency of vibration to be isolated and drive force of the actuator 84 is applied to the exciting member 48 by using resonance of the secondary vibration system 136.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
