PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein the influence onto an aqueous solution affected by the coupling condition and aggregation condition of a suspended matter is difficult to be decided, because no method exists for observing the coupling condition and the aggregation condition of the suspended matter and wherein the aqueous solution cannot thereby be exactly clarified clearly.;SOLUTION: The aqueous solution is dropped onto an observation plate, followed by drying; the drying is stopped, when moisture is not observed visually by naked eyes; and the coupling condition and the aggregation condition of the suspended matter deposited and actualized on the observation plate are observed by an optical microscope.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
