PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily creating a content including picture information based on a plurality of applications and the content of high versatility which can be reproduced by one application software.;SOLUTION: Necessary lecture data are displayed on a lecturer computer 1, and the photographed picture of a lecturer photographed by a camera 2, handwriting picture data from a tablet 3 are synthesized and it is displayed on the computer. The picture display signal of the lecturer computer 1 is sent to a projector 4 and is sent to a scan converter 5. An analog video signal based on the picture display signal created in the scan converter 5 is sent to a recording computer 6, and is converted into a digital moving picture file. The moving picture file created in the recording computer 6 is up-loaded on a video server 8, and is presented to distribution of a lecture video through a network (not shown).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
