PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radiation-curable resin composition excellent in transparency, storage stability, or the like.;SOLUTION: The radiation-curable resin composition is obtained by contacting silica particles which are obtained by hydrolysis reaction of an oligomer of an alkoxy silane with a silane coupling agent at a predetermined temperature (x) for a time longer than a time (y) expressed by numerical formula: y=1.5×107e-0.052x, so as to hydrolyze alkoxy groups existing in the reaction system, mixing a photo-curable monomer thereinto, and removing a solvent therefrom, wherein the composition contains the alkoxy groups coupled with silicon atoms in an amount of not more than 0.7 mol based on 1 mol of the silicon atoms.
