PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality and precision of attachment of an exterior wall surface member while the surface member is attached by using a surface member holding metal fitting.;SOLUTION: The surface member holding metal fitting 2 is attached to a panel frame 3, and the exterior wall surface member 1 is held by the panel frame 3 by making the upper and lower edge parts engaged with and held by the metal fitting 2. A lateral deviation prevention metal fitting 6 extending along the rear side of the surface member 1 to its side face is provided to restrict a lateral deviance of the surface member 1 at a part 6a along the side face.
